Dr. Jay DiPrima is an actor, teacher, director and arts-integration specialist with over thirty years in the hybrid world of theatre and education. He currently teaches at O'Maley Innovation Middle School (Gloucester), Endicott College (Graduate - Arts & Learning Program), Fitchburg State University (Masters Creative Arts in Education Program) and Worcester State University (Creative Arts and Health). He is a producing member of the Fishtown Players and the Chair of the Aurand Harris Playwriting Award (New England Theatre Conference). He has written a number of plays - Middle School Moments (JacPublishingCo. 2013), Beauport Anthology - Colorful Characters from Gloucester's History (2009), HD Thoreau: Lyceum Lecturer, Neverending Needham (commissioned by Needham Tricentennial 2012), and Paul the Aged (religious drama - 2000).
He is available for arts integration consulting or AI curriculum design.
