The 2012 seARTS Annual Meeting 

Meeting Date: February 28, 2012

A discussion about Cultural Districts was the focal point of seARTS 2012 Annual Meeting. At that time, both Rocky Neck and Rockport were waiting to be designated as Cultural Districts.  Held at the beautiful Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport, the meeting included guest speakers from Providence and Boston University.    

The business meeting was held to 1/2 hour and a key vote was taken to allow the board to appoint Board members between Annual meetings for a shortened term, then to be voted in again during the next Annual meeting.  seARTS first Annual Newsletter was also published, summarizing our accomplishments for the year.
