2011 Celebrate Wearable Art!

Building upon the success of seARTS’ Holiday Show & Sale, this fabulous event was a collaboration with Mobius of Boston and Rising Design of Boston. The event occurred at the start of Boston Fashion Week and featured a runway show of “wearable art” and young designers showcasing new fashions.  Guests also had access to top notch artisans selling jewelry and fiber art. Each table was also decorated by one of the exhibiting artists.   The event was oversold and will return, by popular demand, in 2013.  Check out this clip on NECN.

2010 Celebrate the Guitar

Working closely with seARTS member, Ken Bonfield, seARTS was privileged to have Larry Coryell, the world-renowned jazz-fusion guitarist join Ken and Ken’s musical partner, Steve Davison take the audience on a magical journey of American finger-style guitar.  During this event, over 15 ceramic artists displayed and sold work.

2009 Broadway to Beauport

This was seARTS first large scale fundraising event featuring the phenomenal Broadway vocalist, Mary Callanan, with her musical partner Brian Patton who performed an evening’s worth of classic Broadway tunes.  As part of the event, 18 artists participated in a unique Cape Ann Notecard Collection program.  The art on loan to Bass Rocks was also center stage and a docent toured the art during the cocktail  hour.
